Following a long design and test process, on 2020 we launched on market our new Foam system PRS, Polyurethane Resin System.
PRS has been designated and developed for the specific market of the transport valuables, with the goal to introduce on the market a secure, reliable and innovative product.
This foam system comes from the need to give to our vehicles an added value, providing a system aimed at being efficiently safe both in terms of performance and reliability thanks to the new hydraulic fluid ejection technique.

The foaming system PRS (Polyurethane Resin System), generates a polyurethane foam that expands rapidly in the values compartment locking everything that is inside; From the moment of activation the liquids begin to solidify and lock the valuables.
This ensure the security of high-value goods transported on the vehicle. The solidification time of the product is very fast from the moment of expulsion in the vault compartment.
PRS CE MARKING
PRS is defined as an additional security system that provides and meets the essential requirements of the following Community Directives and National Laws through the application of the harmonized standards:
- 2006/42/CE – Directive “Machinery” (transposed with D. Lgs. n. 17 of 27/01/2010)
- 2014/35/EU – “Low Voltage” Directive
- 2014/30/EU – Directive “Electromagnetic Compatibility”
The PRS system has been subjected to laboratory tests to validate the electromagnetic compatibility and security of the system as a whole, including therefore the components and their operation.
The results obtained have brilliantly exceeded the requirements and CE conformity has been issued by the bodies responsible for judging our product compliant.
The CE marking allows us to purpose our system both in the national market and abroad in European countries.
PRS MAINTENANCE
In addition to ordinary maintenance, we also handle the extraordinary maintenance of the system with cleaning, restoration and waste disposal of the foam.
Every service we give to the customer about to PRS foam system, is followed by certificates of conformity, certificate of installation or activation/delivery report.
