Test of materials

The materials we use for the armouring are selected by strategic suppliers. We continuously carry out checks, tests and verifications regarding the quality of the components we involve on the production process, in order to guarantee an high quality standard.
Together with customers, we use to study their specific operative uses, active and passive protection systems of the vehicle to armour.

ANTICUT SYSTEM

During the accreditation of the materials involved in the production process, has been tested also our anticut system to the vertical walls of the vault compartment. This test has been made to guarantee different cutting resistance depending to the vehicle, required resistance and to the used tool to cut.

SEAT HOOKING TEST

In order to obtain the European approval R14 seats hooking and additional belts no. and 24 14R09 00 0166 00 we tested the resistance of additional seats and safety belts according to the European Directive 14R at accredited institutions.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Thanks to new 3D Scanner technologies, we are able to follow more projects for many different model of vehicle, reducing development times and limiting human errors.

RUN FLAT SYSTEM ON THE WHEELS

We install on the wheels the run flat system. The results of the resistance test are awesome e they guarantee a good resistance of the vehicle even with drilled wheels and full charge of the van. We install this system above all on our last vehicles generation Iveco Daily Frontis.

PRS (Polyurethane Resin System)

PRS, Polyurethane Resin System, is our new Foam system produced by us. Following a long design process to study the new liquid dispensing system, followed several tests about the functioning. Test satisfied the expectations and the foam ensures an high level of security to the goods transported inside the vault compartment.
After expulsion, solidification time of the liquid is very fast.
