ISO CERTIFICATION
The Quality Management system complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, The certificate was issued by the “DNV-GL”, accredited by Accredia, for the application field:
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF ARMOURED VEHICLES FOR CASH IN TRANSIT SERVICE
This certificate follows periodic inspections by the accreditate institution to the operative system of the company. It is valid for the specific application field of design and production of armoured vehicles for cash in transit service.
BALISTIC TEST REPORT
Our business sector refers to European regulations those define the parameters of protection levels about the armouring process we perform, the main armouring materials are glass and ballistic steel:
– Classification and relative bulletproof resistance of armoured glass parts refer to norm UNI EN 1063.
– Classification and relative bulletproof resistance of ballistic steel refer to norm UNI EN 1522.
Glass and ballistic steel sheets that we buy from our selected suppliers have been tested by performing the resistance tests on materials in compliance with current regulations.
EUROPEAN HOMOLOGATION
We obtained the European approval of second phase of our armoured vehicles type Fiat Ducato conforming to the European directive 2007/46/CE.
This approval allows us to prepare for our customers the documents necessary to register the vehicles all over the European markets we operate in.
- European global-approval of the vehicle no.: e24 2007 46 0700 00
- European type-approval R14 for seats hooking and additional belts no. : e24 14R09 00 0166 00
- European type-approval R10 for electronic control unit no.: e49 10R06 00 0160 00
We have agreements with main manufacturers of commercial vehicles such as FCA, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, Volkswagen and we are accredited to perform the armouring in accordance with OEM directives, while maintaining the guarantees of the base vehicles unchanged.
We are also certified by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for the mass production of armoured vehicles category N1 with armouring for transport of valuables service.
We obtained another certification from accredited institution for the specific vehicle type Fiat Ducato NOMN1S250. This certificate gives to this product the total conformity. Audit conclusions report what follows:
“Following tests and verifications made to audited company, team in charge gives the conformity to mandatory requirements of applicable technical and legal regulations specific for this audit.
Due to that, we released the certificate of conformity to vehicle FIAT DUCATO type NOMN1S250, armoured and sold by Veicoli Blindati NOM S.R.L.”
