We provide different services to our customers, including: Delivery of vehicles all over the world; support in the import and registration of vehicles; short, medium and long term rental; after sale service; maintenances and repairs of vehicles; spare parts with wide availability on stock of specific equipment for armoured vehicles; technical training to user.
SECOND-HAND VEHICLES
We have a wide range of second-hand armoured vehicles available on stock.
The process forecast to do a complete check-up of the vehicles status, that we proceed with mechanical and body works, checks to the armouring and armoured glass, adaptions to electrical system in order to deliver performing vehicles those comply to technical request of the customer.
RENTING
An alternative to direct selling is the Rental service without driver.
We offer this service with short, medium and long term contracts.
Also for rental service, we have a wide range of vehicles available, that allows us to identify the best solution to the customer depending by his specific use of armoured vehicles.
Renting’s contracts include RCA, Theft & Fire and Kasko insurance. The last one cover any damage of its own and of third parties to rental vehicles.
IMPORT/EXPORT OPERATIONS
We are able to homologate our vehicles and to prepare for our customers the necessary documents to register vehicles in all the European markets in which we operate.
This allows us to speed up registration time, so vehicles can be operative for the customer in less time.
Also for Extra UE markets we provide assistance to import and export of the vehicles to destination markets.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Customer service and support are very important for us and with accurate attention we try to be close to the most different needs and requests of our customers.
The operational aspect requires training to the user to whom our specialized technicians provide during the delivery of vehicles.
We can personally move to customer for assistance and reparations with mobile workshop but with new technologies we are also able to remotely help the user, performing technical video calls with the goal to resolve any technical problems of operators.
